This is a Vintage Wheaton Ruby Glass Reverse Honeycomb Decanter with a stopper.
It is a collectible piece from the 1960s.
The decanter features an "optic reverse honeycomb" or "inverted thumbprint" pattern, which is on the interior of the glass while the exterior is smooth.
The ruby red color was typically achieved by adding gold salts or colloidal gold to the molten glass, a process also known as creating "cranberry glass".
