This hand loomed middle eastern wool
rug was found at the estate sale of a
Vermont artist. She had visited the Middle
East in the 1960s and brought back many
textiles and this was one of them. Loomed
wool table runner or wall hanging or floor
rug that measures 52" long then add 2"
for hand tied fringe tassels. 21 1/2" wide
with an off white background with black,
red, green and gold geometric designs.
We think it's unusual to find a textile with
off white instead of the usual dark reds.
We have 3 off white pieces for sale in our
Support Store. This item has a few small
holes so please check the photos. Still
overall very good condition certainly
acceptable and this would be a Christmas
textile with it's colors. Sale supports
