Vintage Louis Vuitton Dancing Doll with Reuge Music Box. This lovely handmade dancer is in working condition and twirls to the tune "Legende De La Foret Viennoise". These were made for the Louis Vuitton store in Paris, France. The dimensions are 6.5" tall and 4" in diameter.
The music box is in good condition, except for some loss and separation to the gold foil on the wood base and the glass dome (please see photos). There are also a few light scratches on one side of the dome that are barely visible. The labels are intact and secure to base. The doll herself is in beautiful condition, well protected by the glass! She is clean and there is no apparent loss to her garments or flower basket. The box has been carefully displayed in a glass cabinet for many years.
