Oscar of New Orleans Fleur-de-Lis Brooch/Pin

This vintage Oscar of New Orleans brooch features the classic black-and-gold fleur-de-lis motif. Made from layered vinyl melted in a toaster oven, it has a glossy, dimensional finish with natural wrinkle texture. I am the original owner (purchased Dec 2001). It was rarely worn and is in excellent condition with no scratches, bubbles, peeling, or warping. Glossy finish and signature on back are clear, and the roll-over safety clasp works perfectly.
