Stamped Pleasant Company on the back of her neck, pre-Mattel Samantha is in excellent condition...looks like she was rarely, if ever, played with. She has squeezable vinyl, long soft eyelashes (all intact), and her very sweet looking face still maintains facial coloring. Her silky long hair has maintained its original curl, eyes function normally, holds a pose, and clean with no marks or odors. Samantha is wearing her meet outfit - dress (tagged "Made in Germany for Pleasant Company 1986"), matching hair ribbon, bloomers, black ribbed tights, and Mary Jane shoes. She also comes with gold heart locket pin, and the "Meet Samantha" book. The white box has iridescent images of Samantha on the top...except for a few slight rubs, very nice condition. Letters "SDP" on the sticker.
