I purchased this from a vendor in New Orleans, LA pre-Katrina. So it was probably 2003-2004, and was near Cafe DuMonde. I love it but just have too many bowls, hopefully someone can enjoy as much I have. It's a bit quirky and lopsided, but I love that about it (kinda like me, lol).
