Bought on 5/25/24 and it's been sitting in my closet in the dust cover every since. I paid full retail price $568 but I'm outside of the 30 day return policy.
This bag is made of Italian Florentine leather.
This full grained, vegetable tanned leather comes from Italy, and has an aniline finish. It is naturally milled for a soft temper to 1.6-1.8mm thickness. Only select bags have the whip stitched handles and braided leather drawstring pulls. This style of satchel has a long history at Douney and Bourke and a must have for any serious collector.
It measures: H 9.5" x W 6.5" x L 14" and comes with an adjustable, detachable shoulder strap. Strap drop length is 19" and the handle drop length is 5.5".
There's an inside key hook, and it's lined with 100% woven cotton. All hardware is 24K gold-plated enamel with a satin finish and crafted in Italy, including the feet on the bottom of the satchel. Proof of purchase in images with all original paperwork.
