1970s Native American NAVAJO Sterling Turquoise 3-Station Stamped Bead Necklace

This is a wonderful vintage sterling silver Navajo-made statement necklace showcasing a striking three-station shadowbox design. Each teardrop-shaped station features a brilliant blue bezel-set turquoise stone set into oxidized silver, accented with elegant crescent and circle stampwork that adds texture and depth. The stations are connected by a strand of sterling silver bench beads which graduate in size from 8mm to 16mm, with each bead individually stamped on both sides for a fully finished look. Strung on durable foxtail wire and secured with a sturdy hook and eye clasp, the necklace is both substantial and refined. The reverse of each shadowbox is etched “AC NAVAHO,” marking the work of a skilled Navajo artisan from the 1970s.
